Aurum Novum — New Gold

The magazine of the Bockermann Fritze Group takes a closer look at the topic of data in its current issue. In line with the theme, I had the privilege of designing the art work for the cover of the bfacto#7. Here, the new gold, aka data, is depicted in the form of binary structures of zeros and ones. These structures are propelled by a reaction-diffusion system and rendered artistically using TouchDesigner. The system is capable of manipulating different values and properties by using specific keyboard strokes as input. As an output, I have generated 10 different variations ready to be chosen for print.
